REPAIR SERVICES
We repair a large number of OEM infrastructure equipment and IP Data systems.
Our Repair Service is conducted in one of our four (4) fully ESD Protected repair centers which houses a “live network environment” that consist of testbeds and testing equipment to measure traffic, temperature, stress, etc.
Our repair service supports the following technologies:
- Radio: GSM, UMTS, LTE
- Power and Energy Systems: Rectifiers, Converters, Power Supplies, etc.
- Data Switching, Access and Transmission: DWDM, CWDM, SDH, PDH (Microwave), Ethernet, Optical Fiber, etc.
A generic level repair process across all products and technologies consists of a:
- Visual Inspection
- Functional Test
- Integration Test
DeltaComGroup also performs “root cause” analyses of returned, BER and NFF units. By analyzing the root cause, our technicians are able to define the appropriate optimization process required.
As part of our Circular economy continuous cycle, all assets that have reached EOL are used to harvest materials like heatsinks, components and mechanical parts that can by used in future repair projects. All residuals are categorized and recycled following strict WEEE requirements.
